What we do
Residential and commercial, and we publish what it costs
Most roofers make you call to find out a price. We'd rather you knew up front — the ranges below are what Front Range homeowners actually pay us.
Roof replacement
Full tear-off and re-roof with Owens Corning, GAF, CertainTeed, Malarkey, IKO or Atlas systems. Impact-resistant Class 4 available.
$9,400 – $28,500 typicalHail & storm damage
Free inspection, full documentation, and we stand next to you when the adjuster comes out. We've handled the insurance side since 2002.
Free inspectionRepairs & maintenance
Leaks, flashing, pipe boots, missing shingles, and annual maintenance that keeps a warranty valid instead of voided.
$385 – $2,400 typicalGutters & downspouts
Seamless gutter, oversized downspouts and correct drainage — the part most roofers treat as an afterthought.
$1,150 – $4,600 typicalCommercial & low slope
Built-up, modified bitumen, elastomeric and weldable thermoplastics. Certified applicator for Carlisle, FiberTite, Johns Manville and Versico.
Quoted per square footGreen roofing & vents
Vegetated and reflective systems, plus proper attic ventilation — the fix for ice dams and the reason shingles fail early in Colorado.
Quoted per projectInstant estimate
A real number, and the math behind it
Most instant-quote tools spit out a figure and hide the reasoning. This one shows you every line — squares, tear-off, pitch, decking — so you can check our work against anyone else's bid.
Tell us about the house
Damaged sections are pulled from the 3D roof at the top of the page — 0 marked. Marking two or more adds a decking allowance, because that's usually what we find underneath.
Your estimated range
$14,200 – $19,600
18.4 squares · $772–$1,065 per square installed
This is an estimate range, not a bid. Final price is set after a physical inspection — decking condition, chimney and skylight flashing, and code upgrades can move it. We'll never bill you above the range without showing you why first.

What our customers say
Front Range homeowners since 2002
Hands down one of the best roofing companies out there. Polite, honest, fast, respectful and competitive! Took my roof from hail-damaged and old — to amazing. To top it off they made the insurance process a breeze.
Ramos Roofing is the pinnacle of professionalism. Completely transparent about what needs to be done and worked with us to go over options on our damaged roof. They did the job sooner than the timeframe they quoted. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Alfredo is always so thorough in explaining what is done and what is needed. His crew is efficient and did an amazing job on our roof. We have used Ramos Roofing before and will continue to — they are our go-to for roofing.
Not only do they have excellent workmanship and stand by their work, but the response when we had water pouring into our house from a hail storm was immediate! The price was more than comparable to my neighbors.
This crew is on point! Arrived the morning after it snowed to stage things but kept on working. They shoveled snow off our roof then continued to remove shingles. They clean up WELL afterward too. Not a single nail to be found.
Alfredo Ramos Jr. is extremely competent and knowledgeable in all aspects of roofing. Probably the most appealing aspect is their absolute commitment to customer service. They bend over backwards to see that the customer is happy.
Partnerships & certifications
The certifications are why the warranty is worth something
Any roofer can buy the same shingles. Manufacturers only let certified applicators issue their long-form warranties — and they audit the work to keep it that way.
Owens Corning Preferred Contractor
Vetted on credentials, insurance and workmanship. Unlocks Owens Corning system warranties a non-preferred installer cannot offer.
Carlisle SynTec Certified Applicator
Approved to install and warrant Carlisle commercial membrane systems — the single-ply used on most low-slope commercial decks.
Versico Certified Applicator
Certified for Versico single-ply roofing assemblies, with access to their long-term commercial warranty programme.
Johns Manville Certified
Approved applicator for JM commercial roofing systems across built-up, modified bitumen and thermoplastic assemblies.
FiberTite Certified Applicator
Authorised for FiberTite membrane — the system specified when a building owner wants the longest service life available.
Licensed & insured
Fully licensed and insured across every county we work in, with certificates available before a crew sets foot on your property.

Ranges reflect Front Range work on typical homes. Steep pitch, three-story access, and decking replacement move the number — and we'll show you where, in writing.
Note for Alfredo: these figures are placeholders based on Front Range market rates. Your real numbers drop straight in.

Straight answers
The questions everybody asks before they call
Will my insurance actually cover this?
If the damage is from hail or wind, usually yes — you pay your deductible and the carrier covers the rest. The catch is documentation. We photograph everything, write the scope the way adjusters read it, and stand on the roof with your adjuster when they come out. We've been doing that since 2002.
How fast can you get here if my roof is leaking right now?
Call (303) 828-1436. Active leaks and active leaks and storm damage go to the front of the line, and we'll tarp to stop the water before we talk about anything else.
What is a Class 4 impact-resistant shingle, and is it worth it in Colorado?
Class 4 is the top rating for hail impact. Along the Front Range it's the upgrade that most often pays for itself, because Colorado insurers discount premiums for it. We'll show you the price difference in the estimate above — toggle it and watch the number move.
Do you replace the decking underneath?
Only where it's rotted or delaminated, and only after we show you. Some roofers quote low and "discover" bad decking mid-job. We build a decking allowance into the range up front so there's no second conversation about money.
What warranty do I get?
A 5 year workmanship warranty on every residential roof installation, on top of the manufacturer's warranty on the system itself. Commercial roof assemblies are available with 10, 15 or 20 year warranties. We're a certified applicator for Carlisle, FiberTite, Johns Manville and Versico, and an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor — which is what unlocks the longer manufacturer coverage a non-certified installer simply cannot offer.
Who actually shows up at my house?
Our own crews. Alfredo Ramos Jr. founded the company in 2002 and his father Alfredo Sr. still consults on the hard ones. We don't subcontract your roof to whoever answered the phone that morning.
Is the instant estimate a real price?
It's a real range built from real Front Range numbers — squares, tear-off, pitch, decking allowance. It is not a bid. Anyone who gives you a firm price without getting on the roof is guessing, and you should be suspicious of them.
Get it looked at before the next storm, not after.
Free inspection, a written range before we start, and the same family that's been on Colorado roofs since 2002.
